    1. Good: If the percentage of delayed tasks is less than 20% of all tasks.
    2. Average: If the percentage of delayed tasks is between 20% and 30% of all tasks.
    3. Bad: If the percentage of delayed tasks is between 30% and 40% of all tasks.
    4. Too bad: If the percentage of delayed tasks is more than 40% of all tasks.
